“In 2022, I closed my information security business in Russia and left the country in search of new development opportunities.
After living in Turkey and Croatia and deeply analyzing emigration opportunities in different countries, I came to the conclusion that applying for a Spanish startup visa gives the most favorable conditions for obtaining residency status in the European Union.
Spain actively attracts new entrepreneurs with innovative ideas, so a quality business plan is the key to successful emigration to this country. My experience in implementing my own innovative startup, as well as a deep understanding of all the nuances of launching and developing a successful project allowed me to create a business plan that met all the requirements of ENISA.”
For the digital nomad: From 2650 euros per month on contracts for the main applicant, if you want to get approval for a family as well, then + 1000 euros for the second applicant (spouse), and + 350 euros for the third and subsequent (children). It is better to take the amounts with a reserve, taking into account the conversion from rubles to euros. These amounts should be confirmed with bank statements for the previous three months
For a startup visa: Savings required For the main applicant - 31.752 € (200% SMI. In 2024 SMI is 1.134 €. But in Spain 14 payments) (excl. VAT) For the second family member 11.907€ (75% SMI) (excl. VAT) for the third and subsequent members - 3.969€ (25% SMI). (excl. VAT) Total, for a family of 3 people, the minimum savings is 47.628€. (excl. VAT)
If you have difficulties in proving your official income, please contact us and we will help you to show the case in full compliance with the requirements.
There is no such requirement
For the digital nomad:
No, this is not required. If you have savings, you can show a statement for extra loyalty, but it's great to approve cases without them as well
They can also help you if your income is a little short of the minimum bar

Only if you are self-employed - private (non-tourist) insurance will be required for the main applicant and all family members
Not required for self-employed individuals (sole proprietorships, etc.) - once approved, you are enrolled in the Spanish social system and receive health cover for the whole family
Yes, there are taxes - consider it a fair exchange - a visa for regular payments, or a subscription to the European Union and open borders that provide stability and security for your family
On average, focus on the rate from 24% - more precisely it is necessary to calculate individually, as it depends on your case, but there is good news - you can quite well legally optimize tax payments - our lawyer will help you with this
Startup visa: Preferential taxes of 15% are provided
It is possible, the main thing is that the criminal record should be more than 5 years old According to official information from the Ministry, they take this fact into account when considering the case, but our practice shows that such cases are well approved with a properly assembled package of documents - we have already approved several applicants, including those with real prison sentences.
The main thing is to properly prepare a cover letter
For the digital nomad: This is no cause for concern at all - if you don't have an education, you can validate seniority, including letters of recommendation from friend companies - we have a developed sample letter that works 100% of the time with no follow-up requests
For startup visa: No formal education is required to obtain a startup visa (Startup Visa) in Spain. However, it is important to demonstrate experience, skills and knowledge that prove your ability to successfully manage a startup.
Yes. All documents to be submitted in Spanish only + the original in electronic form
IMPORTANT: Spain has a procedure of sworn translation - Jurado - it is done only by accredited translators, the cost of one sheet of paper is approximately 40 euros.
Jurado translation for filing is mandatory for certificates of criminal record, contracts and a number of other documents.
The average cost of translation for a family is approximately 25-35 thousand rubles.
